By the end of the program..

the participants will have harnessed a range of leadership and management skills that will enable them to realise their full potential in their role; confident in their knowledge and capability to influence others to achieve desired outcomes.

Designed for high level support staff including EA's and PA's with at least 12 - 24 months experience; people that want to build their skills for now and the future.

Duration 7 months @ 1 full day per month. In addition, regular coaching is provided for participants.
