Greater Shepparton City Council
Warner Group was invited by Helen Tricarico to consult with Greater Shepparton City Council to refine their customer service strategy, providing the foundations to take customer service thinking across the whole organisation. Warner Group‘s training and development division (WIOB) was also invited to work with staff on improving the Council’s ‘We Think Customer First’ strategy. WIOB developed and delivered a number of programs focused on embedding a customer-first culture across the organisation through strong leadership.
